WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

A life coach is a professional who helps you achieve a goal or embark on a change in your life. They encourage you to take charge in the areas of your life that you wish to change. A life coach guides you through the process of achievement by asking questions that will help you evaluate and decide the appropriate steps to take to reach your goal or make an important change. Then we play the critical role of motivator and accountability partner.

In life coaching, our goal is to help you reach your goal in the most efficient, effective and rewarding way. Life coaches are more than just a counselor or consultant, we plan and help you execute towards results.  A coach does not give advice or instruct you. We help you realise the answers for yourself through pointed discussion, intuitive questioning and guided reflection.

IS LIFE COACHING AN ALTERNATIVE TO THERAPY?

No. Life coaches do not treat mental health issues or deal with past problems and why they have occurred. Life coaches take a forward-looking, solution based approach to help you map out where you aim to be in your life and help you get there.

HOW WILL I BENEFIT FROM WORKING WITH A LIFE COACH?

From business owners and professionals to stay-at-home parents and students, anyone can benefit from guidance towards their personal life goals.

People who are coached benefit through:

  • Clarifying their definition of purposeful life

  • Designing a path towards happiness and contentment

  • Formulating and articulating clear and specific goals

  • Achieving their goals by being motivated and held accountable

  • Improving relationships with themselves and those around them

  • Unlocking inspiration to make changes in their life, roles or career

  • Cultivating confidence to continue their journey of self-growth

Your life coach will journey with you as you generate new ideas, new inspirations, new energy to take action and make new connections in your life.

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself."
